Block Courses
Are you looking to learn more about specific skills or perhaps you are looking to hone your craft more around a certain position if so then these are the right courses for you.
Here you will find our upcoming blocks for coaches and players a like that are skill or positional specific.
We will also post blocks targeted at certain areas of the game such as the break down, scrum, jackal, tackle etc.
Note our block courses are for Coaches of all levels however it is preferred that players under 13 avoid these sessions.
Tight Five
Are you a Prop, Hooker or a lock. Perhaps this is a position you would like to learn more about to give a go. Are you a forwards coach looking to learn more or perhaps you are looking to further your knowledge in this area.
Our tight 5 sessions focus on the role and selection of the tight 5. Learn the key things that these players need to know as well as the core roles they need to fulfil.
Included will be sessions around technique as well as skills and drills to help with the micro skills around these roles.

Coaching Foundation Course
The content of this course has been carefully crafted to cover the fundamentals of our game in a short duration.
Experienced coaches will benefit from some new thinking while new coaches will learn tools and skills needed for a full season of rugby.
